Experience

 

Should have minimum 1-year hands-on experience in manual testing and software quality analyse cycle.

 

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

• Primary responsibility would be to work closely with core development team and to analyse and ensure the quality of work as per the company standards.

• Pointing out logical errors, security issues, functional errors, compatible issues, UI conflicts, cross-browser and platform compatibility etc.

• Creating test plans, test cases & test scripts.

• Based on the test results introduce new policies and procedures in the area which are lacking in quality.

• Present the improvement results to the top management.

• Maintaining quality report of each software engineer and conduct training for quality improvements.

• Analyse software/application and processes from the end customers viewpoint.

• Final quality analysing and ensuring all objectives of the software/application are as per the quality standards.

• Quality approval process before moving the software/application into the production server.

• Researching and adopting new techniques in the quality analyse work cycle.
